Solid Forklift Tires – Budget

Forklifts are one of the most popular MHE’s and are used in variety of material handling applications such as warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, ports & airports, etc.  

Solid Resilient Tires also known as Pneumatic Shaped Solids (PSS’s) are fitted on Diesel or LPG Forklifts, IC Engine Forklifts and are typically designed for use on indoor & outdoor paved surfaces.

All our Solid Forklift Tires have:  

• • Natural rubber based compounds for cut & chip resistance   

• • Extra deep lugs for good all-round traction & long service life  

• • Low heat build-up tread compound suitable for cyclical loading  

• • Tread patterns that lower vibration   

Solid Resilient Tires 

Trident offers 3 types of Solid Resilient Forklift Tires based on application intensity, duty cycle & usage, these are 

Budget     : for light loads, short haul cycles, intermittent use and duty cycles of 4 to 6 hours/day 

Standard : for medium loads & haul cycles, intermittent use and duty cycles of 7 to 8 hours/day 

Premium : for heavy loads, long haul cycles, continuous use and duty cycles of 10 to 15 hours/day
