Responsibilities and Duties

Attend Phone Inquiries and be able to give basic information about the company and products.

Prepare quotations and Pro Forma Invoices for the inquiries and orders received and make follow up calls.

Geographical Areas – Appointing dealers & Securing business for agriculture rubber tyres in Southern India viz Karnataka,Kerala, Andra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu.

Consolidating various customer satisfaction testimonial – videos,emails,certificates,photos.

Assisting Sr. Manager in Social Media & Strategic Marketing.

Providing backend support for exhibition and marketing events .Handling Data Entry and exhibition inquiries.

Sending Emails to respective customers.

Collection of the sales data per region/customer/product from team and preparation of MIS Report before the monthly management review is scheduled.

Highlighting the pipeline of anticipated business /talks are at e.g. initial,CEO level, Final discussion etc

Qualifications and Skills

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Graduate from any stream.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month
